Together, we use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to understand your attachment patterns, heal the wounds underneath them, and rebuild trust, both within yourself and with your partner.

Using IFS, EFT, and calming tools like hypnosis, we create space for more ease, rest, and inner safety.
