1. Do you accept insurance?
At Reflect and Restore Therapy, we do not accept insurance directly; however, we provide superbills, and we’re happy to run a benefits check for you for a $30 fee.

Sliding Scale: Sarah offers a sliding scale based on total family income from all sources, ranging from $115 to $165 per session, with evening time slots from 4 pm-6 pm available only at full rate.

3. Do you provide superbills for reimbursements?
Yes, we provide superbills for reimbursement purposes. This means you may not have to pay the full fee out-of-pocket, as you may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement from your insurance provider. We’re also happy to run a check to see how much you will be reimbursed for a one-time payment of $30.

4. Do you offer sliding scale fees?
Yes, we offer sliding scale fees. While Erin’s sliding scale spots are currently filled, Sarah has available sliding scale spots, which we can discuss with you to find a rate that works for your situation.

5. Do you assign homework, activities, or readings for clients to do between sessions? Why or why not?
We may suggest homework or activities tailored to your needs and goals. These assignments are designed to help you apply what we discuss in sessions to your daily life. However, the type and amount of homework are always discussed with you to ensure it aligns with your preferences and doesn’t add unnecessary stress.

Through our sessions, we’ll explore your motivations and behaviors to increase your self-awareness and insight. As our work progresses, you’ll notice positive changes in your ability to understand and manage your thoughts and actions. 15. What if I’m not sure if therapy is right for me?
It’s completely normal to have doubts or concerns about starting therapy. We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your goals and concerns and determine whether therapy is the right fit for you. You can schedule yours here!

16. Can I bring up any topic in therapy?
Absolutely. Therapy is a safe space for you to explore any topic or issue that’s on your mind. There are no judgments, and everything you share is confidential. However, if there is any indication or concern about your intent to harm yourself or others, we are legally and ethically required to take necessary steps to ensure safety, which may include sharing information with appropriate authorities or support services.

19. What should I expect during the initial session?
The initial session allows us to get to know each other, discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, and establish goals for our work together. Typically, there are a lot of questions we ask during the first session, in order to really help us understand what makes you you! You’ll also have the chance to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process.

20. How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?
