Services

You don’t have to know exactly what you need before we meet.

You may just know that something isn’t working the way you want it to. You’re overthinking everything. You keep having the same argument. You understand why you react the way you do, but still find yourself reacting that way. Or something from the past keeps showing up in the present.

Therapy can help you understand what’s underneath, and create more room to respond differently.

For when you understand a lot about yourself, but still find yourself caught in the same reactions.

Explore anxiety, overthinking, people pleasing, perfectionism, relationship concerns, painful past experiences, and life transitions with therapy that helps you understand what’s underneath and make meaningful changes in how you respond.

For when you love each other, but keep ending up in the same place.

Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy can help you understand the cycle happening between you, communicate differently, repair disconnection, and feel more like you're on the same side again.

For when understanding something logically hasn't been enough to change how it feels.

Hypnotherapy offers another way to work with anxiety, fears, habits, confidence, deeply held beliefs, and reactions that can feel difficult to shift through insight alone.

Trauma Therapy

Sometimes you know exactly where a reaction comes from and it still has a hold on you. Trauma therapy, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), can help you make sense of painful experiences and reconsider beliefs about yourself, other people, and the world that may have formed around them.

Childbirth Hypnosis

Preparing for birth can bring excitement alongside very real fears about pain, uncertainty, control, or what your body will do. Childbirth hypnosis uses relaxation, imagery, and hypnotic techniques to help you approach birth feeling calmer, more prepared, and more confident.

Therapy should feel like a conversation, not a formula.

Therapy with me is active, curious, and collaborative. We’ll pay attention to what’s actually happening for you and decide together what might be most useful. Sometimes that means slowing down and understanding where something comes from. Sometimes it means practicing something different. Often, it’s both.

If you’re not sure which service fits, that’s completely fine. We can talk about what’s bringing you in and go from there.

Warmly,

Erin Weinstein
