How It Works

Step 1: Hierarchy Creation 

In our first session, we’ll create a hierarchy of your fears, from least scary to most terrifying. This roadmap will guide us through your journey.

Step 2: Visualizing a Fear-Free Life 

Next, we’ll discuss what your life would look like without these fears. How would you feel? What would you do differently? This vision will serve as your motivation.

Step 3: Hypnotherapy Exposure 

Each session will focus on one part of your hierarchy. Through hypnotherapy, we’ll progressively expose you to your fears in a safe and controlled environment. This gradual exposure helps desensitize you to your phobia. After each session, you will receive a recording of that week's hypnosis to practice at home.
